I am a keyboard and mouse player. I use the mouse to move the camera every time, but I feel that the sensitivity is too high. It seems that there is no place to adjust it in the game settings menu? Bind it somewhere accessible and don't forgot to bind the raise/lower the cruise control. i guess you could have a look in controls sii and try editing the jsteer settings. also, the vanilla rear car/truck rotation camera (the 3rd person vehicle cam) is an utter nightmare so i set max offset to 0. the 3rd person cam is now locked behind the car/truck just like any other regular driving/racing game. its so much sweeter. practically .
