🐎 Mazda Cx 5 Music Not Working

Feb 4, 2015. #1. In my 2014 CX-5 I got a year and a half a go, the power-seat adjustments for the driver side used to work properly. But now suddenly it won't move the seat up vertically. I can move it front, back, and down with no issues. But since I can't get it to move up, it is now in the bottom most position. I connected apple play for less than an hour and the audio suddenly stopped. I can see the song in the infotainment screen but no sound. I toggled the volume and it doesn’t even display the volume meter. After disconnecting apple play, trying Bluetooth, doing a hard reset, still nothing. There are two harnesses on the back of the radio. One is for power and antenna and that stuff and the other is for the speaker outputs. It's sounds like the speaker output cable is disconnected. Remove you radio and see that it is all good, if not take it to the dealer.
