🐎 Mazda Cx 5 Music Not Working
Feb 4, 2015. #1. In my 2014 CX-5 I got a year and a half a go, the power-seat adjustments for the driver side used to work properly. But now suddenly it won't move the seat up vertically. I can move it front, back, and down with no issues. But since I can't get it to move up, it is now in the bottom most position.
I connected apple play for less than an hour and the audio suddenly stopped. I can see the song in the infotainment screen but no sound. I toggled the volume and it doesn’t even display the volume meter. After disconnecting apple play, trying Bluetooth, doing a hard reset, still nothing.
There are two harnesses on the back of the radio. One is for power and antenna and that stuff and the other is for the speaker outputs. It's sounds like the speaker output cable is disconnected. Remove you radio and see that it is all good, if not take it to the dealer. Removing the radio and putting it back should take no longer than 25-30
GENUINE OEM Mazda Carplay RetroFit Kit (bought from Mazda Dealer Yesterday) Points to note; when the Carplay USB hub is plugged in per documentation, it sees both USB ports 1 and 2 in the music selection screen (as if you were changing from FM to Bluetooth, etc) (both grayed out, however when iPhone is plugged into USB 2 it lights up as if an
Adjusting the Vents. To adjust the direction of airflow, move the adjustment knob. When using the air conditioner under humid ambient temperature conditions, the system may blow fog from the vents. This is not a sign of trouble but a result of humid air being suddenly cooled. The air vents can be fully opened and closed by operating the dial.
My Mazda CX-5 has been rebooting the infotainment system for the last 6 months. I just took it to the dealer and they say it will be 700 dollars to fix it. When I bought the car I paid for the 100,000 mile warranty. I am waiting for a call back from the dealer for an explanation as to why the warranty does not cover this.
Oct 19, 2019. #4. That 30 min period is interesting. Within 30 mins, Mazda Connects does not do a complete reboot. It reboot from cache (much like Sleep with your PC). Usually much quicker. After 30 mins, it does a fresh reboot. Within 30 mins, if the connected devices are different from when it was shut off.
If voltage goes to the blower motor, it’ll need replacing. If there’s no voltage, test the resistor (YouTube). 2. AC System Not Blowing Cold Enough. The most common reason for your Mazda CX-5’s AC not blowing cold enough is low refrigerant levels, followed by a dirty evaporator or condenser issues (bad or clogged).
Mar 22, 2021. #1. Hi, barely 24 hrs in my 2021 Touring CX-5 and the audio system stopped working. I connected apple play for less than an hour and the audio suddenly stopped. I can see the song in the infotainment screen but no sound. I toggled the volume and it doesn’t even display the volume meter. After disconnecting apple play, trying
Oct 17, 2020. #6. FYI, the shortcut to reset infotainment without restarting car: Press and hold the Back button, the Nav button, and the Mute button for at least 10 seconds. The other major shortcut to switch between Carplay/Android Auto and Regular Infotainment is to hold the Home button for several seconds.
One of which is the fact that the central system often freezes or lags, causing the car radio to not turn off like normal. Normally, you just need to press the power button to turn off the radio of the Mazda CX-5. However, in case that doesn't work, you will need to reset the Mazda Connect. This will recalibrate the car's radio system back to
This is to pressurize the lines heavier so the car doesn't creep (think about it if you only ever so slightly came to a stop with a feather touch of the brakes, there's a chance the car could creep). This is pretty well known if you search around. Second, and more importantly: you'll notice if you ever go to enable the auto hold before
