As for the fuse its probably in another fusebox somewhere. If the car starts alright then no need to worry! The GM relay is actually a special purpose built relay that has a 100 amp rating on it, but it has a smaller set of contacts inside than the 70 amp FORD relay has. The FORD number for the 70 amp relay is F8OZ-14N089-AA, this is different from the number on the relay but is there part number for it. Replace the relay with a Stancor contactor. Search on Stancor and you will get several threads. In the meantime, to confirm the diagnosis, use a multimeter tomorrow when you turn the key on and check the voltage at the two large posts on the relay. The relay is the second one up next to fuses 18,23 & 26.Check fuses 6,28 & 35 in this fuse box as these are the power fuses for the glow plugs & control circuit.
